Launch your Over-the-Road (OTR) journey right after CDL school! We are actively seeking recent graduates for 21 entry-level Class A CDL driver positions.   • Paid Training Period: Earn $650 per week for the first 30 days while you learn on the road.

Your Career Path

Get the hands-on training you need to build a long, successful trucking career.

  • Quick Hiring Process: Start with a short, hassle-free phone interview.

  • Orientation: A 1½-day orientation 

  • Training: Four weeks of over-the-road training with a professional trainer ($650/week). No time off during training. 

  • Solo Driver: After training take a 2–5 day rest, meet your fleet manager, choose your run, and start as a solo driver.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old.

  • Valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical.

  • Graduate of a CDL training program (minimum 120 hours) within the past 2 years—no exceptions.

  • Safe driving history with no pending violations.

  • Able to meet DOT medical and drug-testing requirements (hair or urine screening).

  • Clear background check.
