REQUIREMENTS:

• 12 months of safe OTR driving experience in the last 5 years

*** Must have been employed with 4 carriers max during this time

      · 18 months safe OTR T/T experience in the last 10 year

ALL NEW DRIVERS WHO GO TO ORIENTATION THIS WEEK WILL RECEIVE AN

ADDITIONAL $150 ORIENTATION BONUS. ORIENTATION WILL BE LOCAL

· This dedicated account operates in GA, SC, AL, MS & FL
 

· Drivers will start off their first week with OTJT. 1 day in the classroom & then 2-4 days with a mentor driver to learn the account.

They will receive new hire pay of $150 per day during this first week. After that time, they can expect to average $1250 per week,

$65,000 annually and top earners can make $1500 per week
 

· Each driver will average 1500 miles per week and expect to pull at least 3 loads per week

· Each load is multi stop and can have as many as 5-7 stops per trailer

· Drivers will unload trucks using the roller rack system. They will push the freight down the

rollers to the store employees who will bring it into the store.

· In addition to mileage pay, the drivers will earn $220 per load inclusive for the unload and all stops & $90 all inclusive for pup trailers.

· $30 paid on all backhauls

· Drivers will get a full 34 hour reset weekly during the week
