Qualified candidates will need to meet the following requirements to apply:
Must be 23 years old with a valid GA Class A CDL license
MUST HAVE 12 full months of solo verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years with at least 6 months of that being in the past 14 months OR at least 3 months of that being in the past 7 months
*LOCAL Experience or Training Experience will NOT count towards overall experience
Must have good prior job stability & an upstanding MVR. No job hoppers please
Running Area: SE, some NE & some mid-west. NO NYC. 2500 miles per week. 100% no touch dry van freight.
Initial Sign-on Bonus (on your 1st check) $800 (HAZMAT ENDORSED DRIVERS) or $625 + 8 hours paid Time Off (NON HAZMAT ENDORSED)
Average weekly pay: $1,250 - $1,400
.50 CPM for 1-5 year drivers without HAZMAT
.52 CPM for 5+ year drivers without HAZMAT
.54 CPM for 1-5 year drivers with HAZMAT
.56 CPM for 5+ year drivers with HAZMAT
.97 CPM + $16.50 for short-haul loads up to 50 miles
.97 CPM flat for 50-100 miles
Base rate + CPM after 100 miles
CSA Safety Bonus. $800 (if you are Hazmat Endorsed) or $625 + 8 hours Paid Time Off (Non Hazmat) *Paid every 30 days for your first 90 days*
*After first 90 days, you will be eligible for CSA Safety Bonuses every 90 days
Detention after 1 hour
Out for 16-18 days & home for 4 full days
Earn 3 paid days PTO for every 60,000 miles. Time off doubles at 360,000 miles
Newer automatic trucks and new trailers
3 day orientation in NC with Private hotel room. Breakfast provided at hotel & lunch provided at orientation.
DRIVERS MAY DO A ONE WAY RENTAL CAR & WE WILL REIMBURSE THE COST

Earn $3,250+ per driver referral after you are hired & refer another driver to us
Receive $750 after your referral arrives at orientation
Receive $2,500 after they complete orientation & haul their 1st load PLUS
