We are looking for 10 entry level Class A CDL drivers. If you have received your Class A CDL license within the last 2 years, but just don't have the experience, then we are here to help get you started in one of today's leading industries. Freight is really steady and on the move and more trucks will need their seats filled with qualified drivers.
We are currently offering tuition reimbursement of up to $7,000 to pay off your trucking school loan from when you obtained your CDL.
Our application process is very simple. We will do a brief phone interview with you & once you successfully complete this step, you will then be asked to complete an online application. Processing normally takes 24-48 hours.
Our lead processor will call you after your interview is completed. Once your application is finished processing, we will notify you regarding your approval. Upon your approval, we will get you set up for online orientation, so that you can complete everything right from the comfort of your own home.
Once you complete online orientation, we will make arrangements for you to go out with a trainer for 2 weeks of paid training. This will get you all of the behind-the-wheel hours of training that you need to begin your career.
After your 2 weeks of paid training, you will be placed on a 10 week probationary period in your own truck, where your pay will be $800 per week. You can expect to be home every other week during this time.
After the 10 weeks, you will then be eligible to go right into a dedicated, regional or OTR position with higher pay to include quarterly safety bonuses, stop pay, layover & detention pay. Drivers on these accounts are averaging anywhere from $900-$1200 per week.
Full benefits packages available featuring Blue Cross/Blue Shield starting at 60 days, along with PTO, retirement package & life insurance.
We offer newer & well maintained trucks with automatic and 10 speed transmissions. Automatic license restrictions accepted. Riders welcome from day 1.
