Now Hiring – Entry-Level Class A CDL Drivers for OTR Training Opportunities
Recently earned your Class A CDL and looking for a company willing to help you gain real-world experience? We’re hiring motivated new drivers who are ready to begin a professional trucking career with paid training, modern equipment, and long-term advancement opportunities.
Training Program for New Drivers
Drivers accepted into our program will start with 4 weeks of paid over-the-road training alongside an experienced mentor. Trainees earn $650 per week while learning trip planning, backing, customer service, safety procedures, and day-to-day operations on the road. During the initial training period, drivers should expect to remain out on the road with no home time.
Career Opportunities After Training
Upon successful completion of training, drivers will meet with terminal management to select from available driving opportunities. Most new drivers begin in Regional & OTR positions with home time every 5 to 14 days, while dedicated routes with more frequent home time may also become available. Local routes can become an option later based on availability and experience.
Driver Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Minimum age of 21
• Valid Class A CDL license
• Current DOT medical card
• Graduation from a 120-hour accredited CDL school within the last 2 years
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening (hair/urine), background checks, and employment verification
• Must provide accident history for the past 5 years and traffic violations for the past 3 years
Equipment & Driving Divisions
We currently have 18 openings for new drivers in dry van, refrigerated, and flatbed operations. Drivers interested in flatbed work can participate in a free 5-day flatbed certification program. There are no contracts involved, and drivers may transfer between divisions as openings become available.
Our fleet includes newer Freightliner tractors, many equipped with automatic transmissions for a more comfortable driving experience.
Weekly Pay & Driver Benefits
After training, drivers commonly earn between $1,300 and $1,600+ per week depending on route and division assignment. Full benefits become available after 30 days and include:
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) retirement plan
• Paid vacation and disability coverage
• Company-paid life insurance valued at $10,000
• CDL tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 for self-paid schooling
• Free online college tuition through SNHU for both the driver and one eligible family member
