Class A CDL Driver Training & Career Opportunity

You worked hard to earn your Class A CDL license. You studied, attended an academy, and passed the DMV requirements. Now you may have discovered that many carriers won’t give you a chance without at least one year of OTR experience.

Training & Pay
We offer a 30-day, hands-on OTR training program that will prepare you to become a safe, professional driver. During this time, you’ll travel across the country with one of our experienced trainers, gaining valuable OTR experience. No home time during training. 

• Training pay: $650 weekly salary

• After training: 2–5 days off to recharge before being assigned your own truck

Earnings & Opportunities
Once you’re in your own truck, you can expect to earn $1,200–$1,600 ++ per week on average, depending on the runs you choose. We offer OTR, regional, and—in some major cities—local positions.  Don't count on local positions when you first start. 

After completing training, you’ll be promoted to experienced driver status, opening the door to higher-paying dedicated, regional, and OTR runs.

Qualifications
To qualify, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old

• Have a valid Class A CDL and DOT physical in good standing (no state restrictions)

• Have graduated from an accredited CDL academy with at least 120 hours of training in the last 2 years

• Have a clean MVR (no suspensions in the last year)

• Pass all background checks and DOT-required drug tests (hair or urine)
