You'll be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package after just 30 days:

-
401k retirement plan
-
Company-paid life insurance ($10k) and disability insurance
-
Paid vacation
-
CDL Academy tuition reimbursement (up to $1,000)
-
Free online college tuition through SNHU for you and an immediate family member.
Drive a late-model fleet of Freightliners (mostly automatics) and join a team dedicated to your long-term success.
Your Start: Training and Divisions
We currently have 18 openings specifically for entry-level drivers with no OTR experience.
Your career begins with 4 weeks of paid OTR training, during which you'll earn $650 per week. This period involves staying out on the road to gain essential, real-world driving experience nationwide.
Once training is complete, you'll meet with a terminal manager to select your permanent run from all available positions. We offer flexibility through dry van, reefer, and flatbed divisions. Want to haul flatbed? We provide free 5-day flatbed training to add that valuable skill to your resume.
OTR is defined as spending the night in the truck in your state and 3 additional states besides your own. This means you can actually run regional getting home more often while building your OTR resume.
