Local Tractor Trailer Driver (CDL-A)

Drivers will run local & deliver NO TOUCH freight from the DC to area retail stores. 1-2 loads per day

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK NIGHTS

6 day schedules available only with various PM start times.

Drivers are typically home every day. However, there could be an occasional overnight trip. Days off will be during the week. Loads can be adjusted to work with drivers needing time off.

1600-2000 MPW depending on how well driver runs

$1550 average weekly pay. $80k per year. CPM based on the work week chosen. Stop pay on ALL stops: $10-$15. Detention pay.
0.48 - 0.60 CPM (based on experience) plus 0.05 CPM night shift differential bonus.

$1000 per week minimum pay guarantee

Must have at least one of the following for experience:

• 6 months of solo verifiable OTR experience (after training) within the last 12 months

• At least 12 months in the past 5 years

*All experience must be with 48 – 53 ft. trailers
*Must have a very good driving record and be able to pass all DOT pre-employment screenings
