Midwest Regional Truck Driver. $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Midwest regional truck drivers wanted. The ideal candidate must be career driven and self-motivated. Must also be an experienced Class A CDL driver.

Job Info:

• 34-hour resets and regionalized freight tailored to your needs, we balance the weekly home time you want with the miles to keep you moving.
• Regionalized Freight: Freight for our Southwest Regional Fleet is focused in specific regions, allowing for consistent home time and manageable routes that meet your needs.
• Average Weekly Miles: Drivers typically run 2,000 miles per week depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
• Average Length of Haul: 300 miles.
• Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.

• Newer automatic Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.

Experience:

• Must be 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months solo verifiable Class A CDL driving experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months

• For drivers with less than 6 months of experience, the driver can have no preventable CMV roadway accidents.
• CANNOT be under contract with another carrier
• Experience must be with trailers greater than 40 feet. Will count local experience.
• Must have a stable job history, a good MVR, good background and be able to pass ALL pre-employment screenings

Pay and Bonuses:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1100-$1300 gross per week.
• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date. Must be an active driver at the time of bonus payout to qualify.
