Class A Driver just starting out.  You have your Class A CDL license with no experience yet. Other companies won’t give you a chance without experience we will.  

We need 16 Drivers ready to get into Trucking.  With our 2 or 4 week OTR training we will build your confidence and turn you into a great safe driver.

We offer 2 different training positions.

Account 1 you must have your certificate of completion from an accredited training Academy within the last 2 years. You will go out for OTR training for 2 weeks of training.  Once trained you will then move into an OTR position getting home every 2-3 weeks.  New drivers in the probationary 2 week period get paid $350 per week.  After training is when your paycheck grows to $1100 per week and up.  

Account 2 you have your Class A license.  Recent schooling is not necessary for this position but accepted as well.   You will go out for 4 weeks for OTR paid training.  Once completed you will have several dedicated, regional and OTR positions.  Home time depends on the position you choose.  Dedicated and regional runs get home every week.  If you chose OTR positions you get home every 10-14 days on this account. New drivers in the probationary 2 week period get paid $800 per week while in training for your first 4 weeks.  After training that is when your paycheck grows to $1100 and up per week.

After you apply we will call and do a short interview with you. If we think you’ll be approved we will help you put in your application. The approval process normally takes about 24-48 hours.

When you complete training and drive your own company truck you will be able to obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs. Entry level drivers are earning $950-$1100 per week and up after training.  Some dedicated runs are paying $1400 per week on average.

Our trucks are well maintained they won't have you parked on the side of the road.

We offer tuition reimbursement up to $7,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL.

To qualify for this entry level position you

• Have your current Class A license in good standing. No suspensions in the last year.
• You must be least 21 years of age.
• You must be able to pass any test, urine or hair follicle
• Have acquired your CLASS A license in the last 2 years. (for 2 week training)
• Have on hand your CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION to email us
• Possess fairly clean MVR no DUI'S in the last 5 years. No more than 2 in a lifetime
• Be able to pass all background checks
• Be able to pass all DOT related tests including hair or urine test
• Possess current DOT physical in good standing
• Must be able to stay out in training without any days off for training.  No home time while in training.

 

Most of our trucks are Freightliners and Peterbilt trucks. We have 10 speeds as well as Automatic trucks. Auto Restriction, no problem.
