Hiring Area

We are hiring entry-level Class A CDL team drivers who live in Sacramento, California or surrounding areas.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• 21 years of age or older

• Valid Class A CDL

• Completion of 120+ hours of CDL school within the last 2 years

• Current DOT medical card

• Ability to pass background check and DOT drug testing (urine or hair)

• Must live in the Sacramento, CA area

• Must be willing to drive as a team

Paid Training Program

New drivers will begin with 4 weeks of paid OTR team training to gain real-world experience.

• $680 per week during training

• Run as a team with an experienced trainer

• Nationwide driving with consistent miles

After training, you’ll be assigned to a dedicated team account.

Position Details

• Team driving position

• Dedicated freight account

• Consistent lanes and steady miles

• Weekly home time for a 34-hour reset

• No long-term contracts required

Pay Package

Once training is completed, team drivers earn:

• $1,600 per week (per driver) on the dedicated account

• Reliable, year-round freight with predictable schedules

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner trucks

• Mostly automatic transmissions

• Well-maintained equipment

• Supportive driver management team
