Launch Your Trucking Career – Class A CDL Graduates Welcome

Earn your miles. Build your experience. Start strong.

Many new drivers don’t realize that OTR means spending the night in your truck in at least three states outside your home state. Once you complete training and gain that experience, you’ll be positioned to qualify for regional or dedicated routes with more frequent home time.

During training, you’ll stay out on the road, traveling nationwide while gaining valuable hands-on experience for 30 days straight.

After training, you’ll take 2-5 days off to unwind.  You'll then sit down with a terminal manager get assigned a company truck and review available route options that match your goals. Most openings are OTR with home time every 10–14 days. Regional opportunities with more frequent home time are also available.
