We are looking for 50–55 dedicated solo drivers Class A to join our local operation in Shelbyville, IN. If you want a predictable schedule, weekly pay, and the ability to sleep in your own bed every night, this is the lane for you.
We are taking experienced drivers as well as trainees. If no local trainer is available. Trainee must be willing to do OTR training staying out for your first month with no home time. Also trainees must already have your Class A license and graduated from at least 120 hour Academy within the last 2 years.

The Perks:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,400 Trainee pay is $650 weekly for your first 30 days only.
- Home Time: Daily/Nightly (Slip seat operation)
- Sign-On Support: Paid orientation ($300) with single-occupancy lodging and travel reimbursement.
- Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Vacation, and Driver Performance Bonuses.
- Run Type: Dedicated local store deliveries (Central IN region).
- Equipment: Reefer units; Electric Pallet Jack required.
- Route Details: Multi-stop deliveries with driver assist (unload pay of $55/trailer).
- Schedule: Day and night shifts available. Must be available for weekend and holiday work.
- 0 Months: $0.56 CPM
- 12–36 Months: $0.58 CPM
- 37–60 Months: $0.60 CPM
- 61+ Months: $0.61 CPM
- Plus $20 Stop Pay and consistent weekly mileage (~1,100 miles).
- Class A CDL (Trainees and Experienced drivers welcome).
- Must live within 50 miles of Shelbyville, IN (46176).
- No endorsements required.
- Must be able to pass all DOT tests to include hair & urine.
- Must have clean MVR with no charges pending.
