We are currently seeking Class A & B Flatbed Drivers to haul building materials

Operating Area: Upstate SC, the Midlands of SC, and the Charleston, SC area. We also cover western NC & Charlotte. We deliver into the Knoxville TN area and also the eastern TN area, as well.

• Drivers must have at least 6 full months of flatbed experience in the past 2 years (2-3 years preferred)

• Experience with Forklifts and building materials a plus

Details:

· Mon-Fri workweek. Drivers are home every night.

· Weekend work is voluntary

· Drivers are expected to be at their first stop by 7-7:30 AM

· Daily routes will dictate the driver's actual start time.

· Arrival times back to the yard vary daily and by run.

· Class A drivers are paid by the mile and stop.

· $1000 Minimum base, Avg $1100 - $1400 per week

· Class B drivers are paid by the hr. ($17 - $18 hr.)

· Avg. $900 - $1,000 per week

· Both A & B drivers are paid for backhauls & customer returns

· Truck types may vary. It could be a Freightliner, a Volvo or International.

· Transmissions could vary as well, so drivers should be familiar with manuals.
