Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Drivers
Weekend hometime
We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers with a background in steel hauling. Drivers run regional routes (typically within 5 states) with flexible, non-forced dispatch and consistent weekly miles.

Requirements:
- Must be 22+ years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- No SAP drivers accepted
- Stable work history (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years)
- Good MVR & background
- Minimum 1 year solo OTR experience (within last 5 years)
- Must include driving in 3+ states
- At least 6 months flatbed experience
- MUST have steel or pipe hauling experience (coil not required)
Pay & Bonuses:
- $1,500 – $1,600 weekly average
- $0.70 CPM (loaded & empty) or 27% of load pay
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $1,500 paid after first delivered load
- $40 tarp pay (40–50% of loads require tarping)
- $300 weekly per diem (non-taxed) = more take-home pay

Job Details:
- Hauling steel, pipe, and flatbed freight
- 2,000 – 2,500 miles per week
- Monday – Friday / Saturday schedule
- Flexible dispatch (no forced loads)
Equipment:
- Newer automatic trucks (Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680)
- Truck & trailer stay together and can be taken home
- Parking at truck stops allowed (dash valve lock provided if needed)

Additional Notes:
- Driver training school can count toward experience (1 month = 1 month credit)

- Orientation pay structure:
- No pay on final Friday of orientation
