If you just finished trucking school, many companies have probably turned you down because you do not have any experience. We won't. We will train you. As long as you have your Class A CDL and no driving experience, we can help you complete your 200-300 hours of training, so that you can go right into a FT position as a solo driver. If you are looking for recent trucking school grads or anyone who currently has their Class A CDL, but no driving experience. We currently have a great FT driver trainee opportunity for those that qualify. Tuition reimbursement available for up to $5,000.

To qualify for our trainee position, you MUST have the following:

• Be 21 years old
• A valid Class A CDL license in your state of residence
• A stable job history and a good MVR with minimal tickets and accidents. Must also be able to pass all DOT related tests & pre-employment drug screenings.
• Must also have a fairly clean BG, as we do run all BG reports.
• Must have held a regular driver's license consistently for the last 12 months

Here is what to expect with our app and hiring process, as well as the job details:

· Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to schedule a phone interview to pre-qualify you. Once we determine that you qualify, we will then review all of the job details with you and move you forward to the application process.

· Following this, we will help you fill out our short form via phone. We will then email you a link to complete your full app. Our processor will then reach out to you regarding your approval.

· Once you are approved, you will be scheduled for a 3 day LOCAL driver orientation. Lunch will be catered in.

· Upon successful completion of orientation, you will officially be hired and go out with a mentor driver for about 4 weeks. This will give you all of your required behind the wheel training hours. You will be paid $800 a week SALARY during this time.

· Following the completion of your training, you will come home for 2-5 days and then meet with a fleet manager to choose a run. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,100 - $1,300+ per week (depending on the run you choose) We also have a $1,000 per week minimum pay guarantee, so you will never make below $1000 per week. Home times will vary depending on the run. Regional will get you home every week. OTR will keep you out for 10-14 days. PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL NOT BE A LOCAL DRIVING POSITION. We do have 2 REGIONAL opportunities that will take trainee drivers. These will guarantee you home EVERY WEEK for 34 hours and both are NO TOUCH freight. One of these runs will route through Dallas, FT. Worth, San Antonio & Laredo. If you are close enough to home while in route, you can also take your 10 hour break at home IN ADDITION to your 34 hour reset. This run pays $1200-$1400 per week. The other run will run up and down I35 and guarantee you home weekly for 34 hours. Pay on this is $1100-$1300 per week. Your other option would be to run OTR, which would be $1100-$1300 per week.
