Now Hiring: Entry-Level CDL-A Drivers (24 Openings)

This position is tailored for drivers who have recently completed a CDL training program and are ready to begin their professional driving career.


Pay and Earnings

  • $650 per week during your first 4 weeks of training
  • After training, average weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600+, depending on route selection

Hiring Process

  1. Submit your application
  2. Complete a short phone interview
  3. Finish onboarding paperwork
  4. Application review by a CDL hiring specialist
  5. Attend a 1.5-day orientation
  6. Complete 4 weeks of paid on-the-road training
  7. Take 2–5 days of home time
  8. Transition to a full-time solo driving position with your assigned fleet manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Current DOT physical
  • Graduate of a 120-hour CDL training program within the past 2 years
  • Clean driving record with no pending tickets
  • Ability to pass DOT drug screening (hair or urine)
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
