Class A CDL Driver Beginner Level

Please read this entire ad before applying. When you first start with us you must go out with a trainer for 30 days straight all over the country with no days off at your house. This is like basic training in the military.

We have 19 positions for inexperienced drivers which need to be filled right away. This position offers features our best pay, great benefits and many different home time options.

We also have many different division opportunities, such as dry van, reefer, tanker and flatbed. We currently have a $1,500 sign on bonus paid out to all new drivers.

We also offer up to $5,000 for CDL Academy tuition reimbursement available if you paid out of pocket to go to school to get your CDL.

This is the hiring process, and job details:

• When we receive your application, one of our recruiters will contact you and conduct a phone interview to pre-qualify you. If we determine that you qualify, we will then review all of the job details with you and move you forward with the application process.
• Secondly, we will help you fill out part 1 of our online application. We will email you a link to complete part 2 on your own.
• The application will be reviewed by an applicant processor. You will then be contacted regarding your approval.
• After you are approved, you will be scheduled for driver orientation. We will schedule you for orientation in the Dallas area. We will reserve a hotel room for you. Breakfast is provided at the hotel and lunch will be catered in.
• Once you have completed orientation, you will officially be hired and go out with a driver trainer for 4 weeks. You will be paid $800 a week during this time.
• After your training, you will then meet with a fleet manager to choose a run. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,100 - $1,300+ per week (depending on the run you choose) we also have a $1,000 per week minimum pay guarantee. Home times will vary depending on the run. (OTR or regional)
• You will also be eligible for our full benefits package at 30 days: Medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement, $10k in company paid life insurance, disability insurance and paid vacation.

We run mostly trucks that are newer well-maintained Freightliners (mostly autos)

We offer free college tuition for you or anyone in your immediate family. We have also partnered with SNHU and are pleased to offer our drivers and their immediate family FREE tuition for online college classes.

Most successful applicants will...

• You must be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass all dot related tests including hair or urine
• Have an excellent dmv report with no pending tickets no recent accidents
• Have a current Class A License and DOT physical
• Be able to start within the next few weeks
