Description
Looking to jump start your trucking career but hitting the "experience required" wall? We are hiring 14 Entry-Level Class A Drivers to help move our growing volume of freight. If you graduated from a 120-hour CDL school within the last two years, we want to give you the start you deserve.
The process is simple
Once you’re in your own truck, your earnings jump significantly:
The process is simple
- Application & Interview: Apply for a quick pre-qualification phone call and enrollment.
- Orientation: Complete a one-day orientation at a location near your home.
- The "Basic Training" Phase: Spend 30 days OTR with a trainer to build your confidence and safety skills. During this time, you’ll earn $650/week with no home time during training. Similar to basic training in the military.
- Launch Your Career: After training, take 2–5 days off of well-earned home time. You’ll then sit down with a manager to choose from our dedicated, regional, or OTR routes.
Once you’re in your own truck, your earnings jump significantly:
- Weekly Average: $1,200 – $1,400 (some accounts pay $1,500+).
- Extra Pay: Includes layover and detention pay.
- Equipment: Well-maintained, newer trucks (Automatic and 10-speed; we accept automatic restrictions).
- Full Package: Blue Cross/Blue Shield (at 30 days), 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and $10,000 company-paid life insurance.
- Licensing: Valid Class A CDL and DOT Med Card (must be 21+). Must have at least 1 year driving history with your regular car license.
- Education: Certificate or transcripts from a 120 + hour CDL academy within the last 2 years.
- Background: Clean criminal record (no serious charges ever) and a clean MVR. You must provide copies of any tickets from the last 3 years and accident reports from the last 5 years.
- Work History: Solid 10-year history with no long-term unemployment.
- Testing: Ability to pass all DOT-related tests (hair or urine) and background checks.
- Availability: Must be able to start within 2 weeks of approval and be willing to run OTR (10–14 days out) if regional/local spots aren't immediately open after training.
