Seeking Class A Entry Level Drivers - 22 Immediate Openings

Are you a recent graduate with a Class A CDL who needs that crucial first driving job? Other carriers may overlook you without experience, but we are actively hiring and ready to invest in new talent. Our freight volume is high and we urgently need 22 entry level drivers.

We offer the opportunity to start earning competitive pay quickly. After successfully completing training, entry level drivers are achieving weekly earnings between $1100 and $1400, or more. Dedicated runs are available that pay over $1400 per week.

Candidate Requirements

Successful applicants for this Class A Entry Level position must meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must possess a current Class A CDL in good standing, with no suspensions in the last year.

• Must have acquired the Class A license within the last 2 years.

• Must have documentation (Certificate of Completion) showing graduation from at least 120 hours of Academy training within the last 2 years.

• Must possess a current DOT physical card in good standing.

• Must be able to pass all required drug screenings (urine and hair) and background checks.

• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must be acceptable: no DUIs in the last 5 years, and no more than two in a lifetime.

• Must be willing to start within two weeks of application approval.

Compensation and Training Structure

We support your transition into a professional driving career:

• Training Pay: During the approximately four-week training period with an experienced instructor, you will be paid a salary of $650.00 per week.

• Post-Training Pay: Upon completion of training, you will be assigned your own company truck and receive a significant pay increase. Most drivers are averaging between $1200-$1400 per week + benefits at 30 days. 

• Opportunities: You will be eligible for higher-paying dedicated, regional, and Over-the-Road (OTR) routes.

• Equipment: We utilize late model trucks, offering both manual and automatic transmissions.

• Tuition Reimbursement: We offer $1,000 toward tuition reimbursement to assist in paying off your CDL Academy loan.
