Truck Driver Class without experience

You must read this entire ad before applying. Once you are approved for hire you with us you will go out with a trainer for 30 days all over the country with no days off at your house. Just like basic training in the military.

Currently we have 16 positions for inexperienced class a drivers which need to be filled right away. This position offers features our best pay, great benefits and many different home time options.
 

We currently offer a $1,500 sign on bonus paid out to all new drivers.

We also offer up to $5,000 for CDL Academy tuition reimbursement available if you paid out of pocket to go to school to get your CDL.

The hiring process is simple.

• Once we receive your application, one of our interviewers will contact you and conduct a phone interview to pre-qualify you. If we determine that you qualify, we will then review all of the job details with you and move you forward with the application process.
• After this we will help you fill out part 1 of our application over the phone. We will email you a link to complete part 2 on your own.
• Then your application will be reviewed by an applicant processor. You will then be contacted regarding your approval.
• Once you’re approved, you will be scheduled for orientation. We will schedule you for orientation. We will pay your travel expenses and hotel room for you if outside the Dallas area. Breakfast is provided at the hotel and lunch will be catered in.
• After successful completion of orientation, you will officially be hired and go out with a driver trainer for 4 weeks. While in training you will be paid $800 a week salary during this time.
• Once your training is complete, you will take 2-5 days off to wind down. Afterwards you will then meet with a fleet manager to choose a run. You will then become a solo driver and move into a FT position. Your pay will increase to anywhere from $1,100 - $1,600+ per week (depending on the run you choose) we also have a $1,000 per week minimum pay guarantee for your first six months as a solo driver. Most likely you won’t need this guarantee as you will be making much more than $1,000 per week. Home times will vary depending on the run. (OTR or regional)
• All full time employees will also be eligible for our full benefits package at 60 days: Medical, dental, vision, 401k retirement, $10k in company paid life insurance, disability insurance and paid vacation.

Our rigs are newer well-maintained mostly Freightliners (mostly autos)

All successful applicants will...

• Be able to pass all dot related tests including hair or urine
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a good dmv report with no pending tickets no recent accidents
• Have a current Class A License and DOT physical in good standing
• Be able to start within the next few weeks
