After a quick phone interview to pre-qualify, we’ll move you into orientation. We make it easy to get started by providing bus transportation to orientation (or gas reimbursement) and covering your meals while you're there. Once training is wrapped, you’ll sit down with a terminal manager to pick your permanent route from our available openings.

- Paid Training: Receive $650 per week during your initial 4-week OTR training phase. No home time during training.

- Education: Graduate of an accredited CDL Academy (120+ hours) within the last 2 years.
- Requirements: Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and all DOT-mandated drug tests (urine/hair).
- Records: Must provide accident reports (last 5 years) and any tickets in the last 3 years.
