Regional CDL-A Truck Driver

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional, driver-unload account hauling dry freight. This position offers consistent lanes, steady miles, modern equipment, and reliable weekly pay.

Running Area:

Eastern TX, NM, AZ, Southern NV, Southern UT, and Southern CO

Driver Requirements:

• At least 21 years old

• Under 23:

  • Max 1 moving violation in past 12 months

  • Max 2 moving violations in past 3 years

License & Compliance:

• Class A CDL must match state of residence before orientation

• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug tests

• Must have a very good MVR and background

Experience (Verifiable Tractor-Trailer)

• 3 months in last 12 months

• 1 year in last 2 years

• 1.5 years in last 3 years

• 2 years in last 4 years

• 2.5 years in last 5 years

• 3 years in last 6 years

• 3.5 years in last 7 years

• 4 years in last 8 years

• 4.5 years in last 9 years

• 5 years in last 10 years

Experience Must Be:

• Tractor-trailer only, 40’+ trailer

• 26,001+ lbs accepted

• Local tractor-trailer experience counts

• Car hauling accepted (tractor with disconnect trailer)

• Training time does not count

Job Details:

• Driver unload account – hand unload using gravity rollers

• No pallets, no lumpers

• 2–3 loads per week

• 2–6 stops per load

• 2,000 miles per week on average

Pay Package:

• $0.56 – $0.63 CPM (based on experience)

• $285 per load

• Average 2–3 loads per week

• $1,400 - $1,500 per week on average

• Paid remote orientation

Home Time:

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset

• Home day may vary based on freight demand

• Newer automatic trucks

• Western Stars and newer Freightliner Cascadias

• 72” raised-roof sleepers

• Pack Smart HVAC system (up to 10 hours of cooling and 34 hours of heating)

• Optimized for comfortable overnight stays in hot or cold climates

• BestPass transponder – go through approved tolls without stopping

• Trucks may be taken home if parked in a secure, manager-approved location
