You recently obtained your CDL Class A license, but because you lack OTR experience, no one will hire you. We're willing to provide you the opportunity.

We're seeking fresh CDL drivers who have never driven before. You must pass all background checks as well as DOT testing.

Applicants must also have a DMV record that is relatively clean. There have been no suspensions in the last year. You must be at least 21 years old to participate.

You must be willing to go out with a trainer for 30 days straight across the country during your first month. The goal is to develop your experience and confidence so that you can become a good, safe driver.

For the first 30 days, you'll get paid $800.00 per week. After training, your weekly compensation rises to $1000 to $1500 on average. For example, some dollar shop runs pay $1400 a week on average. Following training, you will meet with your terminal manager to select a run.

We offer Dedicated, Regional, and OTR employment available once you've completed your 30-day training. Weekly or OTR every 10-14 days, these runs will get you home. There are a "few" local jobs as well.

If you prefer a local employment, you must be willing to start with a regional or OTR position until one becomes available.

For example, we recently had four opportunities for roles similar to those found in a dollar store. These drivers unload wheeled containers from the truck and deliver empty containers back to the distribution facility. For average, drivers on these area occupations earn $1400-$1600 per week.
