Entry-Level Class A CDL Drivers Wanted – Get Your Start Here
Just finished CDL school and being told you need OTR experience before anyone will hire you? We specialize in giving new Class A drivers the opportunity to build real OTR miles and start a long-term trucking career.
Many trainees don't realize OTR is defined as spending the night in the truck in 3 separate states besides your own. This way after training you can run regional or dedicated getting home more often.
Hiring Area
We are currently hiring drivers who live Houston and the Texas area.
Pay & Benefits
After successfully completing training and moving into a full-time position, drivers typically earn $1,300 – $1,600+ per week, depending on the route selected.
Benefits begin after 30 days and include:
-
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
-
401(k) retirement plan
-
$10,000 company-paid life insurance
-
Disability coverage and paid vacation
-
Tuition reimbursement (up to $1,000) for CDL school
-
Free online college tuition through Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) for you and one immediate family member
Drivers operate late-model Freightliners, primarily automatic transmissions, and receive strong support from an experienced operations team focused on your long-term success.
Training Program
Your career begins with 4 weeks of paid OTR training at $650 per week. During this time, you will remain out on the road gaining real-world, over-the-road experience nationwide.
Once training is completed, you’ll meet with a terminal manager to review available openings and choose a run that fits your goals. While the majority of openings are OTR with home time every 10–14 days, we also offer regional positions with more frequent home time. A limited number of local jobs are available; however, local placement immediately after training should not be expected.
Divisions & Advancement Opportunities
We currently have 23 entry-level openings for drivers with little to no OTR experience.
Available divisions include:
-
Dry Van
-
Reefer
-
Flatbed (with free 5-day flatbed training available)
There are no contracts to sign. As additional openings become available, you are free to transfer into regional or local positions or move between divisions.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must:
-
Have graduated within the last 2 years from an accredited CDL academy with at least 120 hours of training

Be at least 21 years old
