New CDL-A Drivers Wanted – Austin, TX | We Hire You Before You Have Experience

Pay During Training: $650/week
Pay After Training: $1,200–$1,400+ per week
Location: Must live in the Austin area
Experience Required:   Class A CDL

What the First Month Looks Like

You’ll spend 4 weeks on the road with a trainer—paid $650/week—learning how the job actually works:

• Real routes

• Real customers

• Real backing practice

• Real long-haul experience

Not just circling a lot or watching videos.

After Training – Your New Paycheck

Once you graduate into a solo seat:

• Expect $1,200–$1,400+ weekly

• Mostly OTR freight with home time every 10–14 days

• Opportunity to move into regional or occasional local spots once you build experience

• Assigned newer Freightliner equipment (automatic)

Who We Want

We’re looking for brand-new CDL drivers who:

• Completed 120 hours of CDL school within the past 2 years

• Are 21+

• Have a Class A CDL and DOT card

• Can pass standard background + DOT drug screenings

• Live in the Austin, TX area
