The first account will get you home every weekend. ~ You will run in a late model sleeper cabs with regular flatbed trailers. Tarping about 40% of the time.
The second account will get you home every 7-10 days. ~ Get home in 7 days get 2 days off. Get home in 10 days and you'll enjoy 3 days home. This account runs DAY CABS with Conestoga trailers. You'll get a corporate credit card and you get a HOTEL EVERY NIGHT.

All applicants MUST have steel hauling experience. We don't offer training for these Flatbed positions.
Requirements:
**One year of OTR driving experience in the last 3 years. (MUST be verifiable experience) This MUST include 6 months of flatbed driving.
*Good & stable job history required no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
*Successful applicants must have an outstanding MVR
*No terminations due to safety.
*No more than 2 violations in the past 3 years.
*No DOT related at fault accidents in the last year.
Drivers average $1400 - $1700 per week
- Drivers are paid 27% of the load
- Average pay per mile is $.56 cpm, loaded or empty
- 2200-2800 MPW
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus ($750 on your first check)
- $3,000 Refer-A-Driver Bonus ($1,000 after 1st load delivers)
- $30 tarp pay. 40% of loads will need to be tarped
- Trucks & trailers taken home for time off

- Newer, well maintained Freightliner trucks mostly automatic. Auto rest okay
