CDL-A Truck Drivers Wanted – Excellent Pay, New Equipment, Great Home Time (Aurora, CO Area)

We’re looking for skilled Class A CDL drivers to join a dependable refrigerated grocery operation based in Aurora, Colorado. This opportunity combines strong weekly earnings, flexible home time, and brand-new 2025 trucks for a comfortable and reliable driving experience.

Home Time Opportunities:

• Local Drivers (within 50 miles of Aurora, CO): Home every day, with only the occasional overnight trip during surge periods.

• Regional Drivers (within 110 miles of Aurora, CO): Home weekly, with multiple chances to swing by the house throughout the week.

Compensation & Bonuses:

• Annual pay range: $73,372 – $82,212

• Mileage pay between $0.70 – $0.80 per mile (based on experience)

• $17 per stop pay – average 13 stops per week

• $1,000 winter driving bonus (Nov–Mar)

• Up to 3% bonus for safe, on-time deliveries

• Weekly average of $1,450 – $1,581, with potential for increases as the account grows

Job Overview:
Drivers pick up at the Aurora Distribution Center, hauling refrigerated grocery freight to Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah. Expect a mix of live loads, drop-and-hook, and multi-stop deliveries. Average 1,700 miles weekly with consistent freight year-round. Reefer training provided.

This position operates under a 70-hour weekly cycle, with an over-the-phone interview required prior to orientation. Orientation will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Please note: Trucks must remain in Aurora — they cannot be taken home.

Equipment:
Operate new 2025 automatic trucks equipped with automatic chains and modern technology for added comfort and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Current Class A CDL

• At least 3 months of verified Class A OTR driving experience with at least a 40' trailer

• Safe, professional attitude and solid work ethic, able to pass hair/urine tests

• Within 110 miles of Aurora, CO – Regional routes with 34-hour weekly resets
