What You’ll Earn

If you’ve had trouble finding a company willing to hire without OTR experience, this is your opportunity. You’ll spend your first four weeks on the road with a certified trainer, gaining hands-on experience (please note: no home time during training).

What You’ll Need

• Graduated from an accredited CDL program (120+ hours) within the past 24 months

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical

• Clean safety record with no serious violations or pending charges

• Ability to pass DOT background checks and drug screenings (hair or urine)

• Availability to stay out for the full 30-day training period

How It Works

1. Complete a short phone screening to verify qualifications.

2. Travel to orientation (company transportation provided or gas reimbursement available).

3. Train over-the-road with a professional mentor for four weeks.

4. Upon completion, select from available OTR, regional, or local routes.
