We can not hire out of NYC, none of the 5 boroughs. 

This starter position is ideal for new graduates who may not yet have OTR experience. We believe everyone deserves a fair chance to launch their career, and we provide the support and training to make that happen.

What You’ll Earn:

• $650 per week during your first 4 weeks of training

• $1,200–$1,600+ per week after training, based on the route you choose

• Currently hiring for 22 openings at entry-level positions

What We Provide:

Orientation & Training:

• Submit your application and complete a short phone interview

• We assist with all paperwork and onboarding

• Application reviewed by a Class A hiring specialist

• Attend a 1.5-day orientation in the Dallas area

• Begin 4 weeks of paid OTR training

• Take 2–5 days at home after training

• Meet with your terminal manager and select your route as a solo driver

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical

• Graduated from a 120-hour CDL academy within the last 2 years

• Clean driving record with no pending tickets

• Pass DOT drug screening and background check

• Available to start within the next few weeks
