We are now Hiring Entry-Level Class A CDL Drivers – Salt Lake
To qualify you must be a newly licensed Class A CDL driver. Many carrier's won't give you a chance without any OTR experience. We will give you a chance. We understand how difficult it can be to get started in this industry without experience—and we’re here to help.
Currently hiring Class A CDL drivers with no prior experience. This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates of a CDL training program who are ready to begin their Over-The-Road (OTR) career.

To start $650/week during your 30 day training

Then $1,200–$1,600+ per week after training (depending on route)

Orientation & Training Process:

Submit your application—we’ll contact you for a short phone interview

We guide you through the initial paperwork and online application

Your application is reviewed by a Class A intake specialist

Upon approval, you'll be scheduled to attend a 1 1/2 day orientation

After orientation, you'll begin 4 weeks of on-the-road training ($650/week)

After training, you’ll take a short break at home (2–5 days) to unwind
-
You'll then meet with your fleet manager to select your route and start as a full-time solo driver
To Qualify:
-
You must be at least 21 years old
-
Have a valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical

Recently completed a 120-hour CDL training academy within the past 2 years
-
Possess a clean driving record (no pending tickets)

You must pass all DOT requirements, including hair or urine drug screening

You must pass an extensive background check
-
Willing and able to start within the next few weeks
