Reefer division growing rapidly.  12 Regional Reefer drivers will be hired this week.

YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF TAR HEEL NC no exceptions

Must have at least 6 months "recent" OTR experience. Reefer training available for those with no reefer exp.
• All experience must be verifiable T/T experience with at least a 40 foot trailer.
• Drivers must have experience pulling 53’ trailers.
• Local experience will count, as long as it was in a tractor trailer, longer than 40 feet
• T/T experience with a 26,001 lb trailer will count

These lanes originate from NC plants to a few surrounding areas. NC, SC, GA, FL. Also plant to plant runs. 100% no touch freight. Most runs are drop & hook. Drivers will run the Southeast only.

Drivers must live close to Tar Heel as the trucks may not be taken home. Drivers cannot “live” in their trucks.
Driver may have had only 1 driving position in the last 6 month’s no more than 2 in the last year.
Drivers will be at least 21 years of age with a good driving history.
Drivers will be able to pass a DOT drug screening Urine or Hair Follicle.

• This is a Mid Atlantic Regional position. Drivers will be home weekly for two full days mostly

• All trucks on this fleet are newer automatic Freightliners
• Drivers are enjoying excellent pay and benefits. Drivers on this account are averaging from $1150 ~ $1450 per week and up.

All Drivers will attend orientation then go out with a mentor for 5 days at $175.00 per day.
