Begin Your Career as a Class A CDL Driver – Paid Training Available
Just earned your Class A CDL and looking for a company that will help you gain real-world experience? We are hiring motivated new drivers ready to build a long-term career in the trucking industry with paid training, strong weekly pay, and advancement opportunities.
Get Paid While You Learn
New drivers begin with a 4-week paid over-the-road training program alongside an experienced trainer. During training, you’ll travel across the country, build confidence behind the wheel, and develop the skills needed for a successful driving career. Trainees earn $650 per week during this phase.
Career Opportunities After Training
After completing training, drivers will meet with a terminal manager to discuss available driving opportunities and route options. Most openings are regional & over-the-road positions with home time every 5 to 14 days, while some regional opportunities may offer more frequent time at home. Local driving positions may become available later based on business needs.
Equipment & Driving Options
We currently have openings in multiple divisions, including dry van, refrigerated freight, and flatbed operations. Drivers interested in flatbed can participate in a free 5-day flatbed certification course. Our fleet includes newer Freightliner trucks, many featuring automatic transmissions and modern equipment designed for driver comfort and safety.
Excellent Pay and Benefits
Drivers who complete training commonly earn between $1,300 and $1,600+ per week depending on division and route assignment. Full benefits become available after 30 days and include:
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
401(k) retirement program
Paid vacation and disability coverage
Company-paid life insurance
CDL tuition reimbursement of $1,000
Free online college tuition through SNHU for drivers and one immediate family member
