Competitive Pay
• 9–29 months experience: $0.69 per mile (Hazmat) | $0.67 per mile (No Hazmat)
• 30+ months experience: $0.71 per mile (Hazmat) | $0.69 per mile (No Hazmat)
• Extra Band Pay: $35 for 0–100 miles, $25 for 101–400 miles (loaded miles, non-relayed)
• Detention pay after 1 hour

Sign-On Bonuses (Choose Your Option)
• Option 1: Up to $1,475 sign-on (Hazmat) + PTO + Orientation Pay + $600 after 30 days safe driving
• Option 2: $1,125 sign-on bonus + Orientation Pay

Safety & Performance Rewards
• CSA Safety Bonus: Up to $875 every 90 days (w/Hazmat)

Driver Requirements
• Valid Class A CDL, current DOT card
• At least 9+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience 
• Clean driving record – no more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
• No preventable DOT accidents in last 3 years
• No drug/alcohol test refusal or failure, no DWIs in the past 7 years
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen urine or hair, and Human Performance Evaluation
