Description
Regional Truck Driver. Entry Level and Experienced
We are hiring trainees and experienced CDL-A drivers for a Northeast Regional position with a dedicated customer. Enjoy consistent miles, weekly home time, and strong earning potential.
Operating Area:
- Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York (NO NYC), Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia
- Northeast regional runs only
- 1700 MPW
Pay & Incentives:
- $1,500 average weekly pay
- Starting at $0.80 CPM (0–1 year experience)
- Annual increases up to ~$0.85 CPM
- $15 stop pay
- Bonus program available
Home Time & Schedule:
- Home weekly (reset at home)
- Schedule options:
- Sunday – Thursday
- Tuesday – Saturday
- Day & night shifts available (not fixed)
- Weekends required
Requirements:
Trainees:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Class A CDL graduating in the last 2 years from at least 120 hour Academy.
- Little to no driving experience required
Experienced Drivers:
- Minimum 6 months recent verifiable Class A CDL experience (within the last year)
OR - 12 months of experience within the last 5 years
All Drivers Must:
- Have a clean MVR (driving record)
- Pass background check and DOT drug/alcohol screening
- Have a stable work history
- Be able to handle physical unloading
Freight Details:
- Dedicated customer freight
- Hand unload / driver assist required
- Pallet jack and tailgate
Orientation:
- 1-day paid orientation in PA
