Description
Dedicated Truck Driver (Local or Regional)
Loads begin at the DC in Aurora; delivering to grocery stores throughout CO, Cheyenne WY and Eastern UT. No touch refrigerated loads (reefer training provided) Live unloads and drop and hooks. Multi stop loads with consistent freight. 1700 MPW.
Minimum pay guarantee of $1,500 through August during the start up phase
Brand new 2025 automatic trucks with auto-chaining
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 full months of solo verifiable Class A CDL tractor trailer driving experience.
- Must have a professional driving attitude and a commitment to safety and be ready to join a growing operation with massive potential.
- No job hoppers
- Must be able to pass ALL DOT pre-employment testing; including hair and urine testing
- Must have a stable job history with little to no unemployment
- Must have very good background and MVR
- NO SAP DRIVERS
This is a 24/7 operation. Loads are dependent on customer needs. Pick the hometime that works best for you. No set schedule. 70 hour weekly commitment. Over the phone interview with the account manager required.
Hometime Options:
DENVER LOCAL (50 mile radius) Home daily with occasional overnight during surge periods
REGIONAL (51-100 mile radius) Home weekly with multiple opportunities to pass by the house. 34 hr. reset
Mileage pay $0.70 - $0.80 CPM based on experience
$17 per stop
$1,000 winter mountain driving hours (Nov-Mar)
Up to 3% additional bonus for safe/on time deliveries
Weekly Pay: $1,450 - $1,581 (drivers will make more as the account grows)
$73,000 - $83,000 per year
Full benefits in 60 days including medical, dental, vision, PTO, HSA and 401k
