We’re hiring recent Class A CDL graduates for our paid training program designed to help new drivers gain real-world experience and start earning right away. If you’ve completed an accredited CDL school but have no driving experience yet, this is your opportunity to begin a rewarding career with long-term stability and excellent pay.

To Get Started, You’ll Need:
Valid Class A CDL license earned within the last 2 years from a 120+ hour training academy
Valid DOT medical card and must be at least 21 years old
CDL school completion certificate
Ability to pass DOT-required tests and pre-employment screenings (hair & urine)
Clean and stable employment and driving history
- Minimal tickets/accidents and little to no criminal background
- Held a valid driver’s license within the last 12 months
- No DUIs in the last 5 years
- No SAP drivers
Here’s How It Works:

Phone Interview – We’ll start with a quick screening to confirm eligibility.

Online Application – Complete our secure online form.

Intake Call – One of our specialists will reach out to walk you through the next steps.

Pre-Employment Process – Includes background check, pre-orientation tasks, hair and urine tests and other required screenings.

Paid Orientation – Attend a 1-day paid orientation session.

Paid Training Period – You’ll ride with a certified trainer for 4 weeks, driving across various states to build your required hours.
Earn $650 per week during training -
Home Time Break – After training, you’ll return home for a few days of rest.

Start Your Career – You’ll then begin as a solo company driver earning $1,000 - $1,200 per week on average plus stop pay. Plus room for advancement as a driver trainer.
Pay & Benefits:

$900 - $1,200 average weekly pay after upgrade + stop pay
