Hiring Class A CDL Drivers
Flatbed and Dry Van Opportunities Available
Entry-Level Drivers Welcome
We are currently accepting applications from new Class A CDL graduates who are ready to begin a long-term driving career. If you are looking for a company that provides structure, training, and clear advancement opportunities, this program is designed for you.
Hiring Area
Applicants must live in or near Laredo, Texas.
About the Position
Drivers start with four weeks of paid over-the-road training at $650 per week. This hands-on training provides practical experience with real freight, including trip planning, safe operation, backing, time management, and equipment handling.
Once training is completed, drivers may transition into flatbed or dry van positions, depending on current openings. Flatbed drivers receive a five-day securement course at no cost. Most available roles are over-the-road with home time every 10 to 14 days, with some regional opportunities also open. Local positions are limited and typically not assigned to new graduates. As you gain experience, it is possible to move into different divisions or types of runs based on availability. No long-term contracts are required.
Compensation
After completing training, full-time drivers earn $1,200 to $1,400 or more per week, depending on the division and lane selected.

Available after 30 days of employment:
-
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
