All drivers must ...

At least be 21 years of age.
Up to date medical card.  New physicals at orientation at our expense. 
You must be able to pass all DOT tests including both hair and urine.
Have recent OTR experience.  1 year Class A OTR in the last 4 years with at least 6 months in the past 14 months OR 3 months in the past 7 months.
Our successful drivers must have an excellent DMV report and excellent references. Must be able to pass strict background checks. 

Drivers living in Charlotte enjoy

• .65 cpm .68 cpm with hz. with 1 year OTR experience.  2 1/2 experienced drivers earn .67 - .70 with hz.
