Running Area: SE, MW & some NE. NO NYC. 100% NO TOUCH Freight. Average length of haul 400 miles. 2600 MPW

Hauling general commodities (dry van)

• Driver MUST have 1 year OTR in the last 4 years with at least 6 months in the past 14 months OR 3 months in the past 7 months

* LOCAL Experience or Training Experience will ONLY count if Driver drove in inclement weather

* Military Experience - Drivers need 6 months of recent OTR. Drivers will get a pay rate equal to 1 year

• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years & no job terminations in the last 12 months. Average job stability of 4 months in the past 24 months
• Minimal tickets/accidents
• Must be able to pass ALL DOT required tests. No prior failed tests

New drivers are eligible for ONE of these following hiring bonuses:

Option 1 (with qualifying safety record)

Initial $875 (HAZMAT) or $700 (NON-HAZMAT) CSA Safety Bonus + 8 hrs. Paid Time Off +

On-Road Safety Bonus of $275

Option 2

Initial Sign-on Bonus of $525

*After first 90 days, you’ll be eligible for these bonuses every 90 days

BASE PAY:

.55 CPM 14-29 mo. exp./ .57 CPM 30+ months exp.(W/O Hazmat)

.59 CPM 14-29 mo. exp./.61 CPM 30+ mo. exp. (With Hazmat)

Additionally, Truck Drivers in this position are currently earning Special Compensation in the amount of an extra $0.03 per paid mile, in appreciation of the unique circumstances involved with operating during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Average $1400 - $1600 per week

Short-haul pay also paid out for shorter runs

Detention pay after 1 hour

Other accessorial pay when applicable (i.e., stop-off pay)

EXPECTED HOMETIME:
Every other weekend for 3 days
